About The Position

Southern Women's Health is seeking a full-time Associate OBGYN Physician to join their thriving, patient-centered team in Jackson & Flowood, Mississippi. The practice is committed to women's health and provides a wide range of obstetrical and gynecological services. Their mission is to offer updated medical and surgical care in a family-oriented atmosphere, prioritizing patient comfort and convenience. They value every patient and aim to guide them through all stages of life, from adolescence to post-menopause. The practice is physician-led with an all-partner group, offering a transparent path to partnership in a collaborative and supportive environment. The team includes 3 experienced OB/GYN physicians and 2 advanced practice providers, fostering a collegial and growth-focused setting. The role offers a balanced lifestyle with a favorable 1:10 call schedule shared with three local practice groups, including approximately 21 weekday calls and 5 weekend calls per year, with a post-call day off following weekend shifts. Mentorship, clinical support, and opportunities for continued learning and leadership are available.

Requirements

MD or DO, board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Eligible for or holding a Mississippi medical license
Strong surgical skills with interest in both OB and GYN care
Committed to clinical excellence, patient-centered care, and contributing to practice growth

Responsibilities

Provide a wide range of obstetrical and gynecological services.
