About The Position

Inova OB/GYN is seeking dedicated physicians (DO/MD) to join our team. We offer 13 OB/GYN locations across Northern Virginia and continue to grow to meet the unique needs of the communities we are privileged to serve. Current Openings: Inova OB/GYN Sterling Inova OB/GYN Ballston Inova OB/GYN Woodbridge (opening December 2025!) Inova OB/GYN Dulles South Inova OB/GYN Prosperity (formerly NOVA Group for Women) Inova OB/GYN Falls Church Inova Women’s Services has one of the largest obstetric programs in the metropolitan Washington, D.C., area with more than 10,000 births at Inova Women’s Hospital, and a total of more than 20,000 across the entire Inova system. Inova’s Gynecology program is nationally ranked by US News & World Report. We have dedicated operating rooms as well as recovery facilities and have access to the latest clinical trials and state of the art technology. Requirements

Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited institution. Board eligible or board certified in OBGYN.
Successful completion of Obstetrics and Gynecology residency program.
Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Virginia
Ability to successfully complete the credentialing process by third-party payors and Ability to enrolled as a CMS Medicare/Medicaid payor
Successful completion of credentialing for Medical Staff membership and appropriate clinical privileges sufficient to perform all required services

Responsibilities

Inpatient and outpatient OB/GYN practice
Conduct regular gynecologic exams
Provide prenatal, perinatal, and postnatal care
Manage labor and delivery processes
Diagnose and treat gynecologic conditions
Maintains a consultative relationship with multidisciplinary team
