Collaborative Team Model: Join a dynamic team of 7 OB/GYNs, 8 Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs), and 5 Physician Assistants in a democratic, supportive environment. Call Made Easy: Our CNMs take primary first call coverage at the hospital, significantly reducing overnight burden for physicians. Call is just 1:5 with a post-call day off for true recovery and balance. Modern In-House Services: Onsite mammography, phlebotomy, and a surgical suite with anesthesia available. We also offer in-office sonography and bone density screening. Innovative Women's Health Programs: Access to our new Breast Cancer Care Center. Trusted Partnership: Affiliated with Meritus Health, featuring a Level II NICU and robust OB support.
