About The Position

East Lakeland OB/GYN Associates is seeking a full-time Associate Physician to join their thriving, patient-centered team in Jackson & Flowood, Mississippi. The practice is physician-led and committed to women's health, providing comprehensive care across all stages of life, including obstetrics, gynecology, robotic surgery, menopause management, and wellness services. The role offers a transparent path to partnership, typically within 2–3 years, in a collaborative and supportive environment. The team consists of 5 experienced OB/GYN physicians and 2 advanced practice providers, fostering a collegial, family-oriented setting that values teamwork, mentorship, and work-life balance. The position includes a balanced lifestyle with 3.5 clinic days (Friday half-day) and 1 admin/surgery day, along with a favorable 1:10 call schedule shared with three local practice groups. Mentorship is available for new graduates and experienced physicians alike.

Requirements

MD or DO, board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Eligible for or holding a Mississippi medical license
Strong surgical skills with interest in both OB and GYN care
Committed to clinical excellence, patient-centered care, and contributing to practice growth

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive care across all stages of life, ranging from obstetrics and gynecology to robotic surgery, menopause management, and wellness services
Perform surgical procedures, including those utilizing da Vinci robots
Participate in a 1:10 call schedule, including weekday and weekend calls
Contribute to practice growth
