The Opportunity We’re seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN to join our team in a dedicated nocturnal role. This is a unique opportunity to provide high-impact care during overnight hours — managing labor, deliveries, and emergent OB/GYN consults — while enjoying a flexible schedule and a supportive clinical environment. Requirements

• MD or DO with completed OB/GYN residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical skills in labor & delivery, triage, and emergent OB/GYN care
• Excellent communicator and team player, especially in high-acuity situations
• Comfortable working independently during overnight shifts

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight coverage (e.g., 7 PM – 7 AM or similar)
• Manage laboring patients, perform deliveries (including C-sections), and respond to OB/GYN emergencies
• Collaborate with anesthesiology, neonatology, nursing, and on-call providers
• Ensure seamless handoffs and maintain clear, timely documentation
• Uphold safety, quality, and compliance standards in all aspects of care
