OB/GYN Physician – Full-Spectrum Women's Health | Phoenix, AZ Location: Phoenix, Arizona Position Type: Full-Time Practice Model: Integrated outpatient clinic with hospital-based coverage Call Coverage: Shared rotation with established OB/GYN group Travel: None Position Summary A growing, patient-centered women’s health practice in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a full-time OB/GYN Physician to join its dedicated care team. This role offers the opportunity to practice the full breadth of obstetrics and gynecology within a well-supported, physician-led environment that emphasizes high-quality care, continuity, and collaboration. The practice integrates ambulatory women’s health services, surgical gynecology, and inpatient obstetrics, supported by certified nurse midwives, advanced practice providers, and efficient administrative staff. Requirements

Active State of Arizona medical license (or eligibility)
MD or DO from a U.S.-accredited medical school
Completion of an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency
Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Commitment to team-based care and patient-centered values
Completion of an accredited OBGYN residency program in the USA
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology

Nice To Haves

Proficiency or interest in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery is a plus

Responsibilities

Manage prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care
Perform gynecologic procedures, including minimally invasive surgeries and C-sections
Deliver outpatient women’s health services: wellness visits, contraceptive counseling, infertility evaluation, etc.
Address both routine and complex gynecologic conditions
Rotate call responsibilities with fellow OB/GYN physicians
Collaborate with care teams across clinical and hospital settings
Maintain thorough documentation using the EHR system
Contribute to ongoing clinical quality improvement efforts
