About The Position

Unified Women’s Healthcare, the largest physician practice management company dedicated solely to women, is seeking a full-time OB/GYN to join its affiliated partner, River and Coast Women’s Care, serving the growing communities of Northeast Florida. River and Coast Women’s Care is a well-established, patient-centered group with a strong reputation for compassionate, personalized women’s health. The practice offers comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care with modern facilities and a collaborative team environment. The practice operates from two office sites in Southside Jacksonville and St. Johns, with hospital affiliations at Ascension St. Vincent’s Southside and Baptist Medical Center South, and soon Ascension St. Vincent’s St. Johns County. The team consists of 4 Board-Certified OB/GYNs and 6 Advanced Practice Providers (Apps), with a call schedule of 1:4 shared evenly among physicians. Each physician sees an average of 25 patients per day. The culture is supportive, collegial, and dedicated to work-life balance.
