About The Position

Geisinger, one of the premier tertiary medical systems on the east coast, serving the northeast and central Pennsylvania regions, is recruiting an OB Laborist to join the team at Geisinger Medical Center (GMC), in Danville, Pennsylvania and Geisinger Bloomsburg Hospital (GBH), Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania.

Requirements

Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine- (Required)
Licensed Medical Doctor - State of Pennsylvania

Experience working with midwives and residents and enjoys co-managing with them.

Responsibilities

Giving inpatient care to pregnant women
Managing labor and delivery on both an emergency and routine basis
