About The Position

Founded over 30 years ago, we are a nationally recognized law firm with 85
attorneys across six offices. We have expanded nationally, enabling us to
provide a full range of services throughout the U.S. with over 15 practice
areas. We are a client-focused law firm that meets the diverse needs of the
insurance industry and has decades of experience providing clients with a myriad
of associated services, including claim and coverage analysis, complex dispute
resolution, and policy drafting.

Reporting to the Managing Partner, this incoming Partner will play a key role in
handling and overseeing complex Labor Law 200, 240(1), and 241(6) matters, with
a focus on construction accident and catastrophic injury defense. This position
offers leadership responsibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to further
expand an established client base within a well-resourced national platform.

• Recent experience as a Partner
