About The Position

As the Nutritional Health Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for our entire nutritional health product portfolio across the Swine, Poultry, and Ruminant species. You will drive market understanding, create impactful marketing materials, and collaborate closely with technical and sales teams to ensure our products' features and benefits resonate effectively with customers.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Animal Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing roles within the animal health or agricultural industry, with a focus on nutritional health products.
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing products across multiple species (e.g., Ruminant, Poultry, Swine).
  • Proven track record in forecasting, marketing material development, and agency management.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or Master's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience leading market research projects and translating insights into strategy.
  • Strong understanding of animal nutrition and the challenges faced by producers in Swine, Poultry, and Ruminant sectors.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Marketing Leadership: Lead the development and execution of marketing plans for all Nutritional Health products across Swine, Poultry, and Ruminant segments.
  • Forecasting & Performance: Manage product forecasting processes, analyze market performance, and identify growth opportunities for the nutritional health portfolio.
  • Marketing Material Development: Oversee the creation and deployment of compelling marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand standards and product messaging.
  • Agency Management: Collaborate effectively with external advertising agencies to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Market Research & Insights: Lead market research initiatives to uncover customer needs, market trends, and competitive intelligence, translating findings into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Nutritional Health Technical Team and species-specific teams to develop powerful stories and insights that articulate the features and benefits of our key products, empowering the sales force.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and messaging to effectively position and sell nutritional health products.
