Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred especially in nutrition, health sciences, human services, or related field.
  • A genuine desire to support individuals with disabilities.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in nutrition, human services or related field is helpful but not required.
  • Heart, attitude, and willingness to learn matter most.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on support that helps build life skills, confidence, and independence.
  • Develop and implement nutrition and meal plans that improve wellbeing.
  • Teach practical skills like meal planning, grocery shopping, and health food choices in ways that are approachable and sustainable.
  • Track nutrition and wellness progress, adjust plans as needed, and ensure services support long-term success.
  • Champion individuals voice, rights, choices, and meaningful opportunities.
