Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older

Responsibilities

  • Prepare meals under the direction of the Dietary Manager, Supervisor, or Cook.
  • Set up dining areas, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and proper presentation.
  • Clear dining areas by collecting dishes, glassware, and utensils after meals.
  • Dispose of leftovers and remove trash in accordance with sanitation standards.
  • Clean and sanitize food service areas, dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
  • Restock food and supplies while monitoring inventory levels.
  • Assist with menu planning and expense tracking as needed.
  • Support the proper care and routine maintenance of kitchen equipment and appliances.
  • Store clean dishes and supplies in designated areas.
