Requirements

Must be 16 years of age or older

Responsibilities

Prepare meals under the direction of the Dietary Manager or Cook.
Set up dining areas, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and proper presentation.
Clear dining areas by collecting dishes, glassware, and utensils after meals.
Dispose of leftovers and remove trash in accordance with sanitation standards.
Clean and sanitize food service areas, dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Restock food and supplies while monitoring inventory levels.
Assist with menu planning and expense tracking as needed.
Support the proper care and routine maintenance of kitchen equipment and appliances.
Store clean dishes and supplies in designated areas.
