POSITION SUMMARY The intern will work with the Nutrition, Science, and Technology team and will be accountable for providing nutrition support to consumer care and medical nutrition teams. This will include searching, analyzing, and communicating scientific findings on nutritional ingredients benefiting specific health outcomes. Literature reviews and critical assessments of available ingredients will be completed, aligned with NHSc strategic priorities. With some support and guidance, the intern will be able to recommend ingredient blends / product concepts in strategic focus areas for future product innovation. They will also have the opportunity to participate in digital transformation projects, helping to improve upon nutrition tools and resources that the nutrition science team utilizes. The intern will be able to participate in various activities within the NS&T team. The exposure to multi-disciplinary teams (e.g. Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Nutrition Research, Marketing & Innovation) throughout the internship will help to enrich the intern’s knowledge about ways of working in an industry setting.
