Position Summary: Performs a variety of food preparation/cooking duties related to all departmental food service aspects. For Culinary Assistant/ Prep and Salad Prep prepares food using preparation and cooking equipment. For Night Shift Café Aide performs night Café food service duties including cashiering and preparing food. For Night Shift Sanitation Aide cleans and sanitizes entire kitchen. Follows safety and sanitation regulations/policies when handling food.
Nice To Haves
- Prefer high school graduate or equivalent
- Prefer food service experience with food handler permit or ServSafe certification.
