CDA or Associate’s preferred. Physical Ability: Lift/carry 40 lbs regularly. Communication: Effectively engage with children, families, and the team. Patience & Empathy: Respond with care and understanding. Creativity : Plan fun, engaging, age-appropriate activities. Organization: Manage lessons, materials, and classroom routines.
