Requirements

Experience & Education: 1+ year in early childhood education; high school diploma required.
Physical Ability: Lift/carry 40 lbs regularly.
Communication: Effectively engage with children, families, and the team.
Patience & Empathy: Respond with care and understanding.
Creativity: Plan fun, engaging, age-appropriate activities.
Organization: Manage lessons, materials, and classroom routines.
Adaptability: Flexible to changing needs and situations.
Passion: Committed to children’s growth and love of learning.
