We are currently hiring for a Nursing Supervisor at Boise Heart Clinic! What You Can Expect: Direct supervisor for clinical staff (CMA’s, RN’s) Collaborate with Practice Manager, PAS Staff & Clinical staff on clinic work-flow process improvement Create/Edit/Publish clinical staff schedules & staff open shifts from sick calls and PTO for clinical staff Attendance tracking, time-card approvals and hiring of new clinical staff Precepting and onboarding new clinical staff HR duties, including performance reviews for clinical staff Attend/Lead department meetings Order and dispose of medications as appropriate. Manage Crash Cart and medical supplies & logs. Oversee SMART Program and overall compliance. Schedule: Monday through Friday, (40 hours per week)

Requirements

Bachelor's of Nursing Degree
3 years' relevant experience
Current RN licensure from the State of Practice
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Responsibilities
