The Opportunity
Are you a skilled Registered Nurse ready to step into leadership? As the Registered Nursing Supervisor, you’ll guide a team of LPNs, support individuals with complex needs, and take on a meaningful role that blends hands-on care with oversight and advocacy. Enjoy the flexibility and balance of community-based nursing—without the constant pace of hospitals or long-term care facilities.

Requirements

• Current Massachusetts RN license.
• Experience supervising LPNs and managing clinical protocols.
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• A commitment to person-centered care and community inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and mentor LPN staff.
• Establish and oversee medical protocols to ensure high-quality care.
• Provide direct nursing care and ensure compliance with the Nurse Practice Act.
• Promote safety, independence, and overall well-being for individuals in our programs.
• Cover LPN shifts as needed.
• Full-time schedule based on program needs; on-call rotation with agency phone provided.
