Position: Nursing Scheduler - Full Time
Shift: 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday Generally (Hours can vary at
times including nights and weekends)

Pay: Depending On Experience

Requirements

• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) with scheduling experience preferred but not required
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• At least two years secretarial experience (preferred).
• Must be organized and present a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Create nursing department schedule
• Schedule interviews.
• Maintain and audit personnel file.
• Tabulate hours worked by nursing staff for each pay period.
• Perform staffing meeting daily with nursing managers.
