NURSING SCHEDULER ASSOCIATE
About The Position
Nursing Scheduler Associate - Part-time (3 days per week) Assists the Nursing Scheduler with the following tasks to assure that payroll is processed accurately and in a timely manner: Regularly updates nursing staffing sheet. Runs standard reports out of Paycom system. Updates and finalizes both the incentive and retro list for nursing employees and sends to payroll Assists Nursing Scheduler with daily functions of maintaining adequate nursing staffing for all units. Acts as a backup to the Nursing Scheduler position on days off. Performs duties according to the highest ethical and moral standards, and in adherence with the facility's corporate compliance plan and all applicable governing laws. Adheres to the facility's confidentiality statement in accessing and safeguarding protected health information (PHI) of residents and employees, as necessary to perform job duties. Performs any other duties as requested by the Director of Nursing or designee.
Requirements
- High school graduate.
- Good communication skills and attention to details.
Nice To Haves
- Scheduling experience preferred but not required.
- Experience working in a nursing home setting preferred.
