We are seeking an experienced Surgical Services Manager to lead, support, and develop our talented staff; oversee four operating rooms and two procedure rooms; and advance our growing service lines, including general surgery, robotics, orthopedics, ENT, and urology. In this key leadership role, you will strengthen departmental processes, champion clinical excellence, and foster a culture where patients and team members feel valued, supported, and motivated to deliver their best. Lead and support a team committed to deliver exceptional, efficient, and patient‑centered care. Promote inclusive and culturally sensitive care practices. Ensure patient care delivery aligns with regulatory standards and clinical best practices. Foster nurse accountability and professional development through strong leadership and clear practice expectations. Advance a culture of safety and identify opportunities to reduce liability and improve outcomes.
Requirements
- BSN required
- MHA, MBA, or MSN (completed within 5 years of hire)
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in Surgical Services
