Requirements

RN License is required.
Minimum of 1 year of healthcare risk management experience.
Travel is required
Experience prioritizing, conducting, and documenting investigations is required.

Nice To Haves

BS/BA preferred in a related field or relevant experience is desired.
Prefer OB experience

Responsibilities

The Facility Risk Manager is responsible for the execution of the Ardent Risk Management Program across their facilities, Lovelace Women's Hospital, and Lovelace Westside Hospital.
This position develops and supports facility-level risk management activities and programs.
This position will manage the Risk Management needs across the facility, including risk management policy and procedure implementation, risk identification and mitigation, and provide risk management-related education, support, and event investigations.
This position will also support patient safety and quality activities as needed.
