Responsible for direct patient care and assisting Physicians/Physician Assistant.Responsible for providing information to patients so they may fully utilize the benefit from the clinical services, Conveying a positive image of the clinic.Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:•Responsible for triaging walk-in patients without an appointment that have a symptom or medical complain.•Responsible for refilling patient medications with pharmacies and in office as needed.•Answer Patients’ questions about medications, lab results and instructions on procedures/treatments.•Responsible for helping patients with the Patient Assistance program.•Responsible for registering patients with coag-u check home monitoring systems regarding their results PT/INR.•Responsible for applying 24 Hour Holter Monitor, removing the monitors the following day, scanning and giving the monitor reports to the physician for interpretation, typing the doctors interpretation, and having the physician sign the final report.•Responsible for registering patient for 30-day event monitoring and instructing patient on application.•Assisting in maintaining patient files, records, and other information to contribute to accurate data gathering.•Scheduling Procedures.•Maintains patient confidentiality.•Performs related work as required or requested by Nursing Supervisor or Physician/Physician Assistant.•Practice and adheres to HIPPA regulations.
