Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or admissions in a senior living or healthcare setting (assisted living, independent living, memory care, or skilled nursing).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with families and professionals.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and lead tracking tools.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with the Nassau County senior care market is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve occupancy goals.
• Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, physicians, and senior service providers.
• Manage inquiries, conduct tours, and guide families through the move-in process.
• Plan and execute community outreach events and on-site promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate tracking of leads, conversions, and marketing metrics using CRM tools.
• Stay informed on local competitors, market trends, and referral opportunities.
