About The Position

Requirements

• Must have a current Maryland Nursing Home Administrators license issued by the Maryland State Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators.
• Must have at least three (3) years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a facility with a minimum of 35 beds.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and administrative oversight of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and Maryland licensing regulations.
• Manage day -to -day facility operations, including staffing, budgeting, admissions, and coordination of resident care services.
• Serve as the primary liaison during state surveys, inspections, and audits, ensuring timely corrective actions and ongoing regulatory compliance.
• Lead, supervise, and support department heads and staff to promote high -quality, resident -centered care.
• Oversee financial performance, census management, and resource allocation to maintain operational efficiency and sustainability.
• Address resident and family concerns and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance care outcomes.
