About The Position
Bost, Inc. is seeking a full-time Nursing Home Administrator in our Fort Smith and Booneville Intermediate Care Facilities. Bost is looking for an energetic and compassionate Nursing Home Administrator to join our team and develop positive interpersonal relationships with the individuals with disabilities who reside at our ICFs. Requirements
- Applicants must be licensed in the State of Arkansas as a Nursing Home Administrator
- valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
- pass a background check, reference check and drug screening
Responsibilities
- administrative supervision of all ICF/ID staff
- assures that all federal and state regulations are met
- enforces agency personnel policies and procedures
- serves on various committees
- other duties as assigned
