Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) position. In this role, you will be responsible for directing the administration of healthcare services for the community's assisted living and skilled nursing neighborhoods. Responsible for the overall operations and fiscal management, such as budget planning, oversight of the budgeted variable staffing, preparing monthly reports, and accounting for healthcare services. Serves as the community’s HIPAA Privacy Coordinator, ensuring compliance with all privacy regulations and organizational policies governing the protection and confidentiality of resident information. Shares responsibility for 24/7 operational coverage with the Executive Director, serving as the second-in-command and providing leadership support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience within a retirement community or similar environment
  • Current State Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license
  • Minimum of two years' experience within the geriatric healthcare field
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Federal, State, and local regulations governing skilled nursing and assisted living centers
