About The Position

Volare Health is a respected provider of long-term skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation services, with centers across multiple states. At the heart of our mission is a commitment to compassionate care for residents and a supportive, growth-oriented environment for our team members. We’re currently seeking a passionate and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead operations at our Royale Gardens Health & Rehabilitation Center in Grants Pass, OR. As the Facility Administrator, you will oversee all daily operations including: Admissions, marketing, and census development Financial performance and budget management Strategic planning and regulatory compliance Resident care quality and outcomes Facility maintenance and safety Team leadership and employee engagement You’ll be an essential leader who drives operational excellence, inspires staff, and ensures our residents receive the highest quality of care.

Requirements

  • Active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in the state of Oregon
  • Successful completion of an Administrator in Training (AIT) program OR prior experience as an Administrator or Assistant Administrator
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or related field
  • Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
  • Proven track record of sound financial and operational management
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems and healthcare software
  • Ability to occasionally travel, including overnight stays
  • Positive attitude and high level of professionalism
  • Ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and regulatory partners
  • Commitment to excellence in care delivery and team collaboration
