About The Position

Work on the Nursing Education team to assist with the training and orientation of new nurses at Atlantic Health System Assist the Nursing Education department with tasks set out by various teams, such as research, data capturing, and working closely with different team members Learn more about the hospital and healthcare, gain experience, with some opportunities to shadow nurses on the units Communicate with nursing leadership and clinical staff to keep the project aligned with the goals for professional development Coordinate meetings to discuss changes as needed Work alongside nurse educators to contribute to improved strategies for training and educating new clinical nurses Assist in ad-hoc projects such as but not limited to data collection and nursing orientation At Atlantic Health System, our promise to our communities is; Anyone who enters one of our facilities, will receive the highest quality care delivered at the right time, at the right place, and at the right cost. Responsibilities

Assist with the training and orientation of new nurses
Assist with tasks such as research and data capturing
Work closely with different team members
Communicate with nursing leadership and clinical staff
Coordinate meetings to discuss changes
Contribute to improved strategies for training and educating new clinical nurses
Assist in ad-hoc projects such as data collection and nursing orientation
