About The Position

Patient Care Managers are Registered Professional Nurses who direct and evaluate
patient care activities occurring within their assigned area of responsibility.
They must understand principles of fiscal management (including direct
responsibility for operational and capitol expenditures), implement performance
improvement strategies, maintain educational standards for staff, ensure
provision of staff development programs, assess customer satisfaction, and
assure the standards of patient care are maintained. Performs miscellaneous
duties as assigned.
