Lincoln Tech is actively seeking passionate BSN or MSN-prepared Registered Nurses to join our Practical Nursing Program as a Part-Time Clinical Instructor. No teaching experience is required. Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
- Active RN license in Connecticut
- Minimum of 3 years of recent clinical experience
- Strong background in medical-surgical nursing
- Passion for teaching and mentoring future nurses
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor students at clinical sites
- Demonstrate patient care techniques and teach essential nursing skills
- Evaluate student performance and maintain records
- Foster a supportive, growth-focused learning environment
