About The Position
Lincoln Tech is actively seeking passionate BSN or MSN-prepared Registered Nurses to join our Practical Nursing Program as a Part-Time Clinical Adjunct Instructor. No teaching experience is required. We will provide you with training and support to help you succeed in the clinical setting. Inspire the next generation of nurses at Lincoln Tech!
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
- Active RN license in New Jersey
- Minimum of 3 years of recent clinical experience
- Strong background in medical-surgical nursing
- Passion for teaching and mentoring future nurses
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor students at clinical sites
- Demonstrate patient care techniques and teach essential nursing skills
- Evaluate student performance and maintain records
- Foster a supportive, growth-focused learning environment
