Eligible to sit for GNA and CNA tests post class. JOB SUMMARY: This is a paid nursing assistant training and competency evaluation program to prepare for the Nursing Assistant exam. The class runs approximately 4-6 weeks. At the conclusion of the class, you will be required to pass the Nursing Assistant and Geriatric Nursing Assistant exams within 120 days in order to be considered for continued employment. The certified Geriatric Nursing Assistant provides the activities of daily living care to the residents under licensed staff supervision.
