The Nursing Assistant assists the nursing staff in performing routine patient care for a group of patients for a designated period of time.
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent required
- Current certification validated from the State of Louisiana Board of Examiners or must be currently enrolled in an NLN accredited RN program, in good standing and completed the first hospital-based clinical rotation
- Current BLS through the American Heart Association
- Good communication skills
- Ability to meet weekend and holiday requirements
