About The Position

The Certified Nursing Assistant (Cert Aide - Nursing) works in a collaborative environment at Holy Cross Health within the ASD to deliver excellent patient care assistance under the supervision and direction of a designated health care professional in accordance with policies and procedures. Requirements

• Currently enrolled in high school, in process of completing GED or has obtained high school diploma or GED.
• Specialty license, certification, training or experience according to assignment area.

Responsibilities

• As delegated by a license nurse, performs essential duties appropriate to role while assisting with basic to complex patient care needs.
• Participates in direct one-to-one patient observation to maintain a safe and therapeutic environment.
• Assists delegated care team in keeping detailed records, clear communication and working with patients and families.
