About The Position
Nursing Assistant (Sponsorship Opportunity) – Earn While You Learn! Your Pathway to a Healthcare Career. Are you looking to start a rewarding career in healthcare without the burden of tuition costs? Mount Nittany Health is proud to offer a Nursing Assistant Sponsorship Program in partnership with the Central Pennsylvania Institute of Science and Technology (CPI). This unique opportunity allows you to get paid while attending classes and clinicals. You will begin your journey as a Casual employee while completing your education and, upon successful graduation and certification, you will transition into a Full-Time Nursing Assistant position within our health system. The Sponsorship Advantage Paid Training: Receive a regular wage for all 120 hours of classroom and clinical time. (comprising classroom theory, lab skills, and hands-on clinical experience) Tuition Covered: Mount Nittany Health sponsors your enrollment at CPI—no out-of-pocket tuition for you. Status: You will be hired as a Casual employee for the duration of the CPI program. Get paid while you learn Guaranteed Placement: Upon graduation, you will bid into a Full-Time (FT) Nursing Assistant position on one of our dynamic clinical units. Fast Track: Complete your training and be ready for your new career in approximately 5 weeks. The Transition: After successfully completing the program and passing the PA State Nurse Aide Competency Exam, you will transition to a Full-Time role with a set schedule (including rotation/weekends as per unit needs).
