Job Details Our Nursing Assistants will: Function under the supervision of the licensed Registered Nurse and provides basic nursing care to ensure the safety, comfort, personal hygiene, and protection of our patients. Be able to recognize, obtain, document, and report data to appropriate staff. Partner with an interdisciplinary team including, but not limited to, attending physicians, Registered Nurses (RNs), and ancillary staff to meet the needs of patients and optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction Advocate for and build meaningful relationships with patients and their loved ones through safety intervention, emotional support, and education.

Requirements

  • Passion for Patient Care
  • Prior or recent Nursing Assistant experience preferred
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required
  • Certification: Nursing Assistant Certification & Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications are required
  • In lieu of Nursing Assistant certification, will accept prior/recent nursing assistant experience OR completion of one year of a formal RN program

Nice To Haves

  • Prior or recent Nursing Assistant experience preferred
