Requirements
- MUST have 1 year of Nursing assistant experience in an acute setting OR 2 full recent years of CNA experience in an LTC Facility
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Completion of a Nursing Assistant or CNA training program is REQUIRED.
- Hands-on experience in a Acute healthcare setting is REQUIRED
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to pass background checks and comply with state regulations.
