About The Position

Meadow View Nursing Center provides a full range of services in our highly regarded program of nursing and rehabilitation and nursing-centered care. We pride ourselves on positive outcomes and personalized services. We are currently seeking Nursing Assistants for full time and part time shifts… FT 36 hrs/wk, 3a-3p or 3p-3a (3 shifts a week) FT 36 hrs/wk, 7a-7p or 7p-7a (3 shifts a week) FT 40 hrs/wk, 7a-3p FT 40 hrs/wk, 3p-11p Part time at 25-32 hrs/wk This is an opportunity to work with a great team of dedicated individuals. Requirements

Compassionate working with geriatric patients
Current and valid Nurse Aide Certification in the state of employment.
Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a healthcare environment.
Strong knowledge of nursing practices, patient care standards, and regulatory requirements.
Basic proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation systems.

Nice To Haves

Preferred experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting

Responsibilities

Provide individualized physical, psychological, and social support for residents
Assist with all activities of daily living such as dressing, grooming, bathing, feeding, toileting, colostomy care, transferring, walking, prosthetic appliances, positioning, range of motion exercises, and communicating
Ensure that the dignity of all residents is preserved as you carry out working tasks
