Earn $16.32/hour training wage while taking Ebenezer's 2 week in-person Nursing Assistant/CNA course in June Upon passing our MDH approved CNA course, start working as a Nursing Assistant at our vibrant transitional care (TCU) and long term care (LTC) in Lake City, MN and receive wage increase to $23.73 per hour! Requirements

Pass Ebenezer Nursing Assistant Course by 6/19/26. Then within 4 months of hire date, must pass State of MN Nursing Assistant/Nurse Aide exams thus putting you on the MN Nursing Assistant registry.

Nice To Haves

Ability to work with a diverse and geriatric/older population
Experience working as a HHA, PCA, DSP, NA, Resident Assistant or related coursework
Work experience in a customer service setting

Responsibilities

Assists adult residents/patients, based on individual care plan with personal cares such as; bathing, oral hygiene, grooming, toileting, dressing, showers and responds to call lights
May turn, lift or transfer residents with or without other persons/mechanical assistance
Observes residents and reports status to nursing (rn/lpn) staff in a clear and concise manner
Chart or document all cares in electronic medical record system
Receive and give report to appropriate staff during various times in work shift
