About The Position

Join our Nursing Team of Excellence at Wyndemere Senior Living in Wheaton! We are looking for a compassionate, high-energy individual with a heart for working with seniors to join our amazing team in our Skilled Nursing Facility. You will provide assistance and care for our wonderful residents, administer & document medications, assist in admission & discharge procedures, and communicate residents’ conditions to physicians and family members.

Requirements

• Active RN License in Illinois required
• A desire to provide a high level of care and customer service is required
• 1 year of experience working in a skilled/rehab setting required
• Excellent organization skills

Responsibilities

• Administer medication and treatments to residents
• Respond to resident's emergency calls in a timely manner
• Assure residents are being cared for per established guidelines
• Responsible for following up on concerns reported by non-licensed staff
• Maintains accurate documentation of medication administered and care rendered.
