About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse Supervisor to oversee clinical operations and support high-quality patient care. This role involves leadership, performance monitoring, and collaboration with nursing staff to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and continuous improvement in patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License (New York State)
• Primary Source Verification through NYSED
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Minimum of seven (7) years of nursing experience
• At least five (5) years in a supervisory or leadership role

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement programs to enhance patient care and staff performance
• Monitor and evaluate patient care delivery across units
• Collaborate with Nurse Managers to assess unit performance and implement corrective actions when needed
• Establish and maintain record-keeping systems for tracking medication errors and staff counseling
• Ensure adherence to clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Support staff development, training, and performance improvement initiatives
