About The Position

RN Nurse Supervisor – Rydal Park, Jenkintown Rydal Park, a premier Life Plan Community, is seeking a compassionate, highly motivated RN Nurse Supervisor to lead our care team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, builds strong staff relationships, and provides on-the-spot feedback to ensure high-quality resident care. Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, typically on call every 5th weekend Pay: based on experience

Requirements

• Current RN license and relevant state certifications.
• Proven leadership experience in a high-volume healthcare setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to mentor staff and foster a collaborative culture.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in EHR and MS Office
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• PCC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff, providing guidance and immediate feedback.
• Assess resident needs, promote independence, and facilitate person-centered care.
• Monitor staff performance, ensure timely completion of duties, and respond to emergencies.
• Administer medications, treatments, and direct nursing procedures accurately.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, physicians, and families to coordinate care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation, compliance with regulations, and uphold resident rights.
