Nurse Supervisor I - Black Mountain Neuro-Medical Treatment Center
About The Position
Black Mountain Neuro-Medical Treatment Center (BMNTC) is accepting applications for a motivated Nurse Supervisor to help lead our dynamic nursing team by providing clinical leadership and oversight in a residential facility serving individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities (IDD) and individuals with major neuro-cognitive disorders such as dementia. The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for the coordination of quality resident care and the management of personnel within the assigned unit. This is achieved by ensuring that an adequate level of staffing is assigned to meet patient care needs and by monitoring staff performance through direct or indirect supervision. In order to ensure adequate coverage, the Nurse Supervisor may carry unit assignments and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed. This is an anticipated vacancy. We are currently recruiting for 1st and 2nd shift opportunities.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of North Carolina
- Two years of nursing experience

- Experience as a direct supervisor of clinical staff
- Experience in residential and/or long-term care setting
