Nurse Supervisor at CBRF LindenGrove Waukesha LindenGrove Waukesha, an Illuminus Community, is hiring a Nurse Supervisor for our CBRF. We offer assisted living, memory support, advanced assisted living, and short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care to older adults. Our beautiful campus is nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood close to Waukesha Memorial Hospital and adjacent to Waukesha North High School. Requirements
- Active WI Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Previous leadership experience (formally or informally) preferred.
- Knowledge of MDS and Medicare a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist the DON with supervising care and management and clinical staff
- Assist in planning, organizing and directing nursing service to meet the nursing needs of our residents while maintaining quality and following process and procedures.
- Work and fill in as a floor nurse to ensure proper staffing when needed.
- Assist with planning and participating in in-service training and orientation programs.
- Ensure that all resident care plans are being followed at all times.
- Ensure that all resident move-in procedures are being completed as scheduled.
- Ensure that all resident change-outs are being completed as scheduled.
- Ensure that all resident on-boarding procedures are being completed as scheduled.
- Ensure that all resident off-boarding procedures are being completed as scheduled.
- Ensure that all residents' needs are being met at the unit as scheduled.
- Other duties as assigned.
