About The Position
LindenGrove Waukesha an Illuminus Community, is hiring for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). We offer assisted living, memory support, and short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled care on a beautiful campus. We are passionate about offering holistic, transformative care and helping those in need rediscover their light within. Full time and part time positions available AM, PM or NOC Shifts open $20.02- $24.50 per hour (based on experience) Enjoy a $2 shift differential for our PM and NOC shifts Offering a sign on bonus up to $600! Our certified nurse aide performs person centered personal cares for the resident under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
Requirements
- Commitment to quality oues and services for all individuals.
- Ability to relate well to all individuals.
- Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions.
- Ability to adapt to change.
- At least 16 years of age.
- Be current on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry.
Responsibilities
- Maintains and actively promotes effectivemunication with all individuals.
- Maintains a positive image of the entity in themunity keeping in alignment with our mission, vision, and values.
- Responsible for on-call services, as assigned.
- Assist residents with mobility needs, bathing, maintaining proper hygiene, dressing and toileting.
- Preparing resident rooms with necessary items like blankets, pillows, medical equipment and bathroom needs.
- Assist at resident mealtimes.
- Monitor resident daily condition and report any changes or concerns promptly to a licensed nurse.
- Daily documentation of type and frequency of cares provided to each resident prior to the end of shift.
- Respond promptly to resident calls for assistant.
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary staff in the delivery of person centered care.
- Communicates changes in a resident's condition to the nurse immediately and accurately.
- Performs other duties, as assigned.
