About The Position

We rely on and trust our Nurse Scheduler to prepare and organize work schedules for employees ensuring that the required/appropriate number of personnel or staff are on duty in every given work period/shift. Requirements

• Must have no finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding patient and company proprietary information
• Must have the ability to relate professionally and positively and work cooperatively with patients, families, and other employees at all levels.
• Mobility, reaching, bending, lifting, grasping, fingering, fine hand coordination, ability to talk and hear; ability to read and write; ability to communicate with personnel, ability to remain calm under stress.
• Ability to adequately lift, support and bodily manipulate the weight of a patient.

Nice To Haves

• Preferred certified as a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and in good standing with the state.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for creation and updates for the master and daily center staffing schedules, ensuring that staffing requirements for every work shift comply with both internal policies and external regulations of the organization.
