Pleasant View Skilled Nursing Community is hiring Full-Time Night RNs and LPNs to provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in our skilled nursing setting. Requirements
- Active Illinois RN or LPN license
- Passion for providing compassionate care to older adults
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, holistic care to residents, supporting their overall well-being
- Conduct assessments, monitor health status, and contribute to individualized care planning
- Ensure residents receive appropriate medical attention and support to thrive physically, emotionally, and mentally
- Build trusting relationships with residents and families to foster a respectful, supportive environment
