About The Position
The Overnight Nurse provides clinical oversight and direct nursing care during overnight hours, supporting client safety, withdrawal monitoring, and medication management in a residential behavioral health setting.
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN license in Georgia
- CPR/BLS and First Aid certification

- Behavioral health or substance use treatment experience
- Strong independent decision-making and crisis response skills
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care during overnight hours
- Conduct nursing assessments for admissions as needed
- Administer medications and ensure accurate documentation
- Monitor COWS / CIWA protocols and client stability
- Respond to medical or behavioral concerns and emergencies
- Communicate with on-call providers and leadership
- Support and guide LPNs during overnight operations
- Maintain medication security, supplies, and equipment
- Complete required documentation and trainings
